QUANTITATIVE OF ORDER
Order the quantities you want. But remember that ours are artisanal products and so we have to check their availability and also their stage of seasoning.
Our shipments are fast and safe. If seasoning and availability coincide we can process the order quickly.
HOW TO STORE THE PRODUCTS
To preserve our salami in the best and longest way you can keep them in the fridge.
Keep the ham in a fresh and dry environment (but not in the fridge). You must cover the cutting surface with an aluminum foil or with a food foil. Do not remove the rind (it is necessary for its preservation) because the external lard protects the ham.
